Private secretary and receptionist.

Calls patients with results, books appointments, receives and files results and is in charge with daily activities and accounts.

accounts@yourbaby.info is her portal to receive and send information pertinent to patients. Any results, proof of payment or queries should be addressed to her for prompt resolution.

After hours service is available and Dr Frohlich's all hours emergency number is 082 4477-597. This premium service comes at an A/H fee, almost double the usual fee for service and it is regulated by labour law as well as the HPCSA. I case of excessive hours of work, illness, holidays and week ends, there is always one member of the team available for any sort of emergencies. The team is Dr H Dahms, Dr Hassim, Dr Kyriasis Dr O'Hanlon and myself, all of us resident Sunninghill Hospital specialists with similar practices.

Sam is the receptionist and clerk

Answers the phone, books appointments, liaise with patients and laboratories. Filing and maintenance is her forte.

Registered nurse and qualified midwife.

Takes a short history and vital signs, height, BP, urinalysis and performs basic ante natal observations and Non Stress Tests. Assists with procedures in rooms, such as insertion of Loop, Mirena, Amniocentesis, excision and biopsies.

Talks and explains to patients results and findings.
