I have been trained in  obstetrics and gynecology on the Wits circuit, under some of  the most prominent South African gynecologists. After graduation, I worked as a specialist and later senior specialist at JGS, today's Helen Joseph Hospital for just under 3 years before joining the private practice. My special interest has been the Ultrasound and the endoscopic surgery. The highlight of the practice is, however, childbirth. Even after 13 years of medical training and 20+ years in practice I thoroughly enjoy every single delivery. On the surgical side I always followed the trends and soon specialized in the minimally invasive side of it, attending all local and many overseas workshops.  Menopause, Menopausal Hormone Treatment and Osteoporosis are my other special interest. I do my own DEXA bone density examinations.
